Cancellation Policy: If you no longer require your appointment, please ensure that you cancel at least 2 hours before the appointment time. A non-attendance fee of $30.00 will be charged for consultations missed or cancelled without sufficient notice.

When we are not available, after hours care is provided through the 24 Hour Surgery at 401 Madras St (entrance is on the left just before you get to Bealey Ave if you are going north on Madras). As of Sunday 28 January 2024, the 24 Hour Surgery has returned to 24 hour opening hours, 7 days a week. Please check the 24 Hour Surgery Facebook for the most up to date information before you attend.
